Welcome to Columbus Corporate Caterers. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Ordering and Payment
- Orders for smaller events (up to 20 guests) must be placed by 2:00 PM the day prior, while larger events exceeding 20 guests, especially those with complex menu requirements, should be booked at least 2 business days in advance. Events exceeding 100 guests should be booked at least 3 days in advance.
- Payment is required at the time of order placement unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept major credit cards, corporate accounts, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful order placement.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24-48 of the scheduled delivery may be subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may not be eligible for any refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
4. Delivery and Pick-Up
- Deliveries are available within Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas (within a 30-mile radius).
- Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to traffic or unforeseen delays. Our delivery driver will call if they think they may be late or early for your requested arrival time.
- If no recipient is available at the delivery location, the order may be left at the designated area.
5. Food Safety and Allergies
- We take food safety seriously and follow industry standards for hygiene and handling.
- Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order.
- While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable Ohio state sales taxes and service fees.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Special promotions or discounts may be offered at our discretion.
7. Liability and Indemnification
- Columbus Corporate Caterers is not liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or damages resulting from food consumption.
- We shall not be responsible for any losses or damages due to service delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Columbus Corporate Caterers and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
10. Changes to Terms
